The production facilities are located in The Netherlands. The equipment is strategically placed at egg processing facilities in order to guarantee continuous access to fresh, traceable raw material (albumin) and to enhance logistics and cost savings.

The production process follows GMP guidelines. The plant located in Nuspeet, The Netherlands owns a GMP certification from the Dutch authorities for production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

The original production method of Lysozyme was originally developed by Prof. Rodolfo Ferrari ans Prof. Carlo Callerio ( Callerio Foundation ) and his team of researchers at SPA Società Prodotti Antibiotici under the guidelines of Prof. Alexander Fleming.
